The perks to knowing how to swim
Hello my name is Alan Sandoval and will be till what swimming can help u and your body .The perks of knowing how to swim is great and has a lower chance of you drowning. The perks of knowing how to swim could help you with a life threatening situations. Swimming could help people if needed for example if a sinking boat would happen you would have the highest chances of living. Swimming is is way better then running because of the resistance.
Swimming is a sport that can help you body by being fit. Swimming can help your body lose fat and keep a healthy heart and lungs. The extra blood and oxygen helps you become more alert, awake, and focused. swimming releases hormons in your body. Whaile swimming you rheart rate is goting up meaning the oxygen in your blood will move faster.
experience
My experiences while swimming in level 3 was hard but more breaks. the water was warm even in the morning. I would start off with A warm up to get the blood flowing. After the warm up I would of done the new lesson i've leard or continued and practice the same lesson. What i've learned is useful and can help me in the future.
freestyle
The freestly is the first move I have learned and it's simple to learned. Step one: the first step is to kick off the wall to gain speed from the beginning. Second step: you'll have to keep your body straght for less drag to move though the water better. Third step: move your arms in a circular to keep the flow going and to keep the speed going. Last step: kick every 3 secound to keep your body straght.
backstroke
Backstroke is basically the back ward version of the freestyle but the movement of the hands. The backstroke is every simple even of just learn the freestyle then it could be easy. What you start off with the kick for speed and make the top part small as possable and push the water were your facing. When your hand is above your chest you rotate your hand for the pinky can go first in the water. You keep your body straghit as possible for more speed.
